3. By-Referral Engagement

Project Wilbur accepts new clients on a by-referral basis. The submission of a contact form, the booking of an introductory call, or any informal exchange of information does not create an advisory, fiduciary, broker-dealer, or client-professional relationship. Formal services begin only upon execution of a written engagement letter signed by Project Wilbur and the prospective client, and are governed by the terms of that engagement letter.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the site — including text, graphics, photographs, video, illustrations, code, and the visual design of the site itself — is the property of Project Wilbur or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual-property laws. The Project Wilbur name and any associated logos and marks are trademarks of Project Wilbur.

You may view and reasonably reference content on the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.

5. User Conduct

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the site, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
