His work spans investor-grade due diligence, business model review, financial strategy, software development planning, SPV support, fundraising preparation, and post-investment operational guidance.
John brings more than two decades of experience building, scaling, and advising growth-stage companies. He has served on executive teams across multiple startups, co-founded companies, and participated in successful exits through acquisition and public markets. His background gives him a practical understanding of what investors, founders, and operators need to make better decisions and create long-term enterprise value.
